Since 1990, we deliver all over the world the authentic French Baker's Traditions and we develop our know-how in the production and distribution of frozen bread and morning goods. Today, we export 90% of our production to 25 countries. We work with the biggest European companies.

Planete Pain is a recognized brand across the bakery industry and is synonymous with the quality associated with French bread. We work closely with local millers and farmers from Bourgogne Franche-Comté region which is well known for its quality wheat. We insist on using the finest quality ingredients in all our products. We have many years of experience baking a large range of quality products.
Planète Pain operates from two factories, both of which are fully BRC and IFS Level 6 approved. These two independent auditors have granted us the highest possible food production standards available. This ensures all of our production meets the highest quality on all levels from ingredients to packaging throughout the bakery. This establishes good manufacturing practise and ensures the production of safe, legal products. We have full organic certification for our organic range from ECOCERT.

The story of our company starts in 1990 with creation of "Société Générale de Boulangerie" by Monsieur Jean Paul ROBINET. Our business focused on fresh bakery products that we delivered around the city of Besancon.
In 1992 our company started producing part baked frozen bread with the purchase of two industrial lines.
In 1994, we bought a second factory in Audincourt.
In 1996, the company sold the local bakeries and focused the activity on industrial production.
In 1998 the company became Planete Pain“, a more international name. We bought a third production line.
In 2004, we bought a laminated production line for ciabattas. We have now 6 productions lines.
In 2014, we bought a new stone oven in order to develop our rustic range of products.
