The following information is given as guidance, and can be adjusted depending on your equipment.
- The fully baked products can be defrosted at ambient temperature around 45 minutes or pass through a microwave oven. We suggest you keep products inside the bag during defrosting to stop the bread going dry.
- The baking temperature can be adjusted between 180°C to 220°C. The lower the temperature the less crusty the product will be.
- If you don’t use all the products inside the box, don’t forget to close the bag before putting back into the freezer, this stops freezer burn.
We deliver in full containers using UK Pallet or Euro Pallet.
The maximum pallet height is 2.35 meters.
We are able to adapt pallets configurations depending on your requests.
